INDIANAPOLIS — The Pittsburgh Steelers have listed six players as inactives for Saturday’s Week 15 road game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle), defensive tackle Isaiahh Loudermilk, running back Antony McFarland Jr., tackle Dylan Cook, cornerback Darius Rush, and linebacker Blake Martinez are all inactive.

Pickett will miss his second consecutive game after having surgery on his right ankle, but he is pushing to return sooner rather than later. Mitch Trubisky will start his second straight game, and Mason Rudolph is the only other quarterback dressed.

Martinez is a surprise inactive. He was in the starting lineup and played extensively in the team’s Week 14 loss to the New England Patriots, taking snaps away from Mykal Walker at inside linebacker alongside Elandon Roberts. Martinez is not a special teams participant, and the Steelers scratched veteran outside linebacker Markus Golden to make room for him on the game-day active list. With outside linebackers T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith both suffering injuries and ending up on the concussion protocol this week, the Steelers chose to retain additional depth at outside linebacker. Kyron Johnson, called up from the practice squad, will serve as the fourth outside linebacker and play special teams. Roberts and Walker will start at inside linebacker, with Mark Robinson serving as the lone backup at that position.

Loudermilk will miss his first game of the season. With the Steelers defensive line finally fully healthy with the returns of Cam Heyward and Montravius Adams last game, DeMarvin Leal was a scratch against the Patriots. Loudermilk will take a seat this week instead against the Colts.

McFarland is inactive for the fourth consecutive game. Godwin Igwebuike will serve as the third running back and kickoff returner.

Rush is back out of the lineup after playing in 17 snaps of special teams against the New England Patriots last week. He is back in the press box after James Pierre returned to action. Pierre missed one game with a shoulder injury.

Cook has been the team’s No. 4 tackle all season and has yet to dress in a game.

The Colts have scratched defensive tackle Adetomiwa Adebawore, cornerback Tony Brown, defensive end Isaiah Land, wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie, linebacker Segun Olubi, tackle Braden Smith and running back Jonathan Taylor.
