DETROIT — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields, wide receiver George Pickens and tackle Broderick Jones broke down the performance of the first team offense, which scored two touchdowns in two drives, in Saturday’s final preseason game of the 2024 season against the Detroit Lions.

Fields talked about the confidence the first-team offense gained by scoring twice after being shut out in the first two preseason games. Pickens broke down his big connection with Russell Wilson for a crucial first down. Jones talked about setting the tone with the running game, as the Steelers struck first on a 31-yard touchdown by Cordarrelle Patterson.

The first-team offense scored twice in two possession, covering 60 yards on five plays in the first drive and 34 yards on six plays in the second drive.
