Today, Mike Munchak will do something he could be doing a bunch over the next couple of weeks.

Munchak will be in Denver interviewing with the Broncos brass for their vacant head coaching position.

Last night, John Elway and company interviewed Los Angeles Rams quarterback coach Zac Taylor, and on Wednesday, they spoke with former Colts head coach Chuck Pagano. Following the interview with Munchak, Broncos executives will fly to Boston in order to interview Patriots defensive coordinator Brian Flores on Saturday and then have a interview scheduled with Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio on Sunday.

Like the Broncos, Munchak could be speaking to a few different organizations in the coming days.

Teams in the market for NFL coaches such as the Green Bay Packers, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals and Cleveland Browns have all reportedly asked permission to speak with the highly respected Steelers offensive line coach.

Munchak was a contender for vacant jobs last offseason before eventually taking his name out of consideration but would he do that two years in a row?

If things get serious with the Broncos, it should be pointed out that Munchak’s daughter and grandchildren currently live in Denver.
