Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin was not happy with how the game was officiated in the first half if the videos from CBS’ broadcast are any indication. After multiple calls against his team, Tomlin talked with one of the officials, and to say the least, he was not happy with how the game was officiated the whole way.
My thoughts exactly

Pittsburgh got nailed for four critical penalties, and on top of that, the last 30 seconds of the half went against his team entirely From what many believe, the roughing the passer call on Trevor Lawrence compared to the play that injured Pickett is stark. Lawrence gets hit low, but Pickett gets slammed into the turf.

Mike Tomlin has plenty of reason to be upset with the officials. It was a poorly officiated half on both sides, with multiple questionable calls from the start to the end of the game.
The hit came from defensive end Adam Gotsis. Pittsburgh tried to kick a field goal but was called for a penalty, thus knocking them back further. Chris Boswell would miss a 61-yard attempt. Now, Pickett will not return to the game after suffering a rib injury. Mitch Trubisky will lead the way for the team as they try to fight back into it. Minkah Fitzpatrick was already ruled out for the game with a hamstring injury.
