The Pittsburgh Steelers are a very consistent 2.5-point favorite for the team’s Week 2 preseason game at Acrisure Stadium against the Buffalo Bills.

The Steelers are a less-than-field goal favorite at nearly every available sportsbook, which is a big change from their preseason Week 1 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which saw wildly divergent lines, even late into the week.

Im addition to being 2.5-point favorites, the Steelers are a -135 money line bet. The over/under total for the game has been set at 41.

The Steelers are 1-0 this preseason after beating the Buccaneers in Week 1. They went 3-0 in the preseason in 2022, beating the Seattle Seahawks 32-25 at home, the Jacksonville Jaguars on the road 16-15 and the Detroit Lions at home 19-9. They won three of four games in 2021.

The Steelers easily covered the 2.5-point spread against the Buccaneers, winning 27-17. The game went over the 39.5-point total.

Kenny Pickett and most of the Steelers starters are again expected to play in the game, though head coach Mike Tomlin likely will not divulge how much they’ll play until his Thursday afternoon press conference, if at all.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said when announcing that quarterback Josh Allen and wide receiver Stefon Diggs would not play in Buffalo’s preseason opener that he did expect them to play at some point this preseason. He hasn’t announced whether or not that will be this week.
