The Pittsburgh Steelers will not tender restricted free agent outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi, according to multiple reports.

The decision comes as another cap casualty for the Steelers, who are still attempting to solve one of the trickiest financial situations in the league.

Not only has Adeniyi provided crucial depth at outside linebacker for Pittsburgh, but he was also a key contributor on special teams.

Signed as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo in 2018, Adeniyi has played his entire career with the Steelers. He has recorded 25 combined tackles and a tackle-for-loss over three seasons.
