The Pittsburgh Steelers opened as 15.5-point favorites for their Week 8 Monday Night Football meeting with the Miami Dolphins.
The 2-4 Steelers are coming off their bye week and a Week 6 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.
The 0-5 Dolphins lost to the Buffalo Bills, 31-21 on Sunday. Miami is one of two winless NFL teams, joining the Cincinnati Bengals, and is widely suspected to be angling for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
This week’s game won’t help or hurt Miami’s 2020 draft status that much, though. The Dolphins acquired Pittsburgh’s 2020 first-round draft pick in exchange for safety Minkah Fitzpatrick earlier this season.
The Steelers are 4-2 this season against the spread. The Dolphins are 2-4.
