While the Steelers lead the all-time at 16-11-0, they have dropped their last two meetings with the Bills by an average of nine points.
Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen passed for 238 yards and two touchdowns with an interception in the win. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs was virtually unguardable for the Bills catching ten passes for 130 yards and a score.
Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger passed for 187 yards and two scores, but threw a pair of costly interceptions, including one that was returned 51 yards for a touchdown.
Pittsburgh also mustered just 47 yards on the ground.
Both teams reached the postseason last year, but the Bills went all the way to the AFC Championship game, ultimately falling to the Kansas City Chiefs 38-24.
