For the third time in four days, the Pittsburgh Steelers have placed a player on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Pittsburgh gave inside linebacker Robert Spillane the designation on Thursday.

Spillane has played in ten games this season, and has seen his role steadily increase over recent weeks in response to Devin Bush’s struggles.

The linebacker has recorded 26 total tackles and a tackle-for-loss in 2021.

In addition to Spillane, outside linebacker T.J. Watt and offensive lineman Joe Haeg are already on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
