AT STAKE
The Steelers have a chance of making the 2022 NFL playoffs, but they must have to win out in order to keep those slim playoff hopes alive. Even with a win over the Ravens, the Steelers are not guaranteed to survive the week still in contention, but if they lose, they are automatically eliminated from the playoffs. So, Pittsburgh has to win, but they might be eliminated by the time they play on Sunday night.

The Ravens are fighting for their division lives. Already clinching a playoff spot, they’ll play meaningful football but ahead of their matchup with the Bengals next week, if they lose and the Bengals win on Monday night against the Bills, the Bengals will win the division.
With a win, the Steelers would continue to save Mike Tomlin’s consecutive losing seasons mark, which is now up to 15 seasons.
INJURY REPORT
Steelers DT Larry Ogunjobi (toe) will play after being listed as questionable and only practicing in a limited fashion all week. ILB Myles Jack (groin) was listed as questionable after practicing sparingly. Tre Norwood (Hamstring) will not play and is listed as out.
CB William Jackson III (back) is eligible to be activated from the injured reserve list but has not begun his 21-day practice window. CB Ahkello Witherspoon (hamstring) started to practice but was not activated from injured reserve. Chris Wormley (torn ACL) is out for the season. Marcus Allen (bicep) had surgery and is out for the year.
For the Ravens, quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee), Calais Campbell (knee), and Marcus Peters (calf) will all not play as significant contributors on the field for Baltimore.
FROM THE OTHER SIDE
The Ravens stadium lease is going to be up in 2027, but they are already working on getting a new lease extended for M&T Bank Stadium. They will vote on Tuesday to see if the lease could be extended. Interestingly, that lease is only three years before the Steelers’ lease is up at Acrisure Stadium. As such, it is something to watch, as it could be a precursor for the Steelers situation soon.
