The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed former Michigan State wide receiver Cody White to their practice squad, the team announced on Wednesday.
White joins the Steelers practice squad for the second straight season after being waived on Tuesday. It is a learning experience that White said helped him last year, and he looks to grow from his second year on the practice squad as well.
White missed two weeks with a hamstring injury during camp. When he did return, White racked up seven receptions for 46 yards in his two preseason outings.
The Steelers also signed defensive end Daniel Archibong, wide receiver Rico Bussey, running back Trey Edmunds, cornerback Mark Gilbert, tackle Chaz Green, safety Karl Joseph, offensive lineman John Leglue, outside linebacker Christian Miller, guard Malcolm Pridgeon, tight end Kevin Rader, running back Jaylen Samuels, wide receiver Steven SIms, safety Donovan Stiner, and outside linebacker Derrek Teszka.
