The Pittsburgh Steelers have received a fourth-round compensatory pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Designated as the 35th pick in the fourth round, the Steelers will have the 140th selection overall.
With compensatory picks doled out based on gains and loss from the previous year’s free agency, Pittsburgh was awarded the selection for the departure of defensive end Javon Hargrave.
Hargrave signed with the Philadelphia Eagles last offseason.
A total of 17 clubs were awarded 37 compensatory picks this cycle.
The Steelers now own eight picks in the 2021 NFL Draft, which kicks off Thursday, April 29 in Cleveland.
