The Steelers are scheduled to play in a primetime game that could certainly have playoff implications late in the season.
Pittsburgh will travel to Los Angeles to face the Chargers in Week 11. The game will be broadcast nationally as part of NBC’s Sunday Night Football. This was first reported by The Athletic’s Daniel Popper.
The Chargers are coming off a 7-9 season and looking to build off Justin Herbert’s rookie success. Herbert threw for 4,336 yards while adding 31 touchdowns with only 10 interceptions during the 2020 season. The 23-year-old Oregon product recorded a 98.3 quarterback rating overall.
Pittsburgh last played the Charges in October of 2019, winning 24-17.
