INDIANAPOLIS — Rookie wide receiver Roman Wilson is once again a healthy scratch for the Pittsburgh Steelers for their Week 4 game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, while safety Terrell Edmunds is active for the first time this season.

Wilson will be a healthy scratch for the second consecutive week after finally getting a clean bill of health following a training camp high ankle sprain. For the second straight week, the Steelers will dress just four wide receivers: George Pickens, Van Jefferson, Calvin Austin III and Scotty Miller.

Cornerback Darius Rush is the only other healthy inactive. He was scratched in favor of slot cornerback Thomas Graham Jr., who was one of two practice squad elevations on Saturday, and veteran backup James Pierre.

Edmunds and Graham will get their first game action of the season as the Steelers attempt to replace cornerback Cory Trice Jr., who is out for at least the next four weeks with a hamstring injury.

For the fourth straight week, Russell Wilson is dressed as the team’s emergency third quarterback, with Justin Fields expected to start and Kyle Allen as the backup.

Four Steelers players had previously been ruled out due to injury. Outside linebacker Alex Highsmith is expected to miss multiple weeks with a groin injury. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by second-year man Nick Herbig, who will be making his first career start.

Backup running back Jaylen Warren will be held out with a knee injury. He’ll be replaced by veteran Cordarrelle Patterson, and Aaron Shampklin, who was called up from the practice squad on Saturday and will be making his NFL debut.

Left guard Isaac Seumalo returned to practice this week, but will miss his fourth straight game with a pec injury. Rookie Mason McCormick is expected to start in his place, making his first career start, as well.

Backup tight end MyCole Pruitt will miss his second straight game with a knee injury.
