Steelers Sights and Sounds: Protecting the Rock

PITTSBURGH — The Seattle Seahawks finished tied for fourth in the NFL with 26 opponent fumbles during the 2018 season.

That was before they acquired Jadeveon Clowney from the Houston Texans, who accounted for a forced fumble and three recoveries all by himself.

Needless to say, the “Legion of Boom” is coming for the football when they visit the Steelers this Sunday.

Wednesday, the Steelers’ running backs practiced ball security, with coach Eddie Faulkner and coaching assistant William Gay (who had 10 career forced fumbles in the NFL) getting in on the action.
