Steelers Sights and Sounds: Run Stuffers

PITTSBURGH — In 2018, the Seattle Seahawks ran the ball more than any other NFL team and were the only NFL team that ran the ball more than they threw.

So a big part of the challenge that awaits the Steelers’ defense this Sunday is stopping that multi-faceted Seattle rushing attack.

One of the big keys will be the Steelers’ edge players being able to tackle in space so that the interior linemen and linebackers can focus on tackling big back Chris Carson and containing quarterback Russell Wilson.

That put this running back-linebacker drill (with some moonlighting slot corners) into practice on Friday.
