PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers were not in pads on Friday, but left guard Isaac Seumalo was carrying his around his shoulder pads before practice. It seems very much like the veteran guard will be able to make a serious run at returning from his pectoral injury during the team’s Week 4 game at the Indianapolis Colts.
Russell Wilson, on the other hand, is still limited in practice, even in stretching, and it seems that his calf injury absence could be stretching beyond the team’s Week 3 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
