The Steelers and Texans have released their inactives for their Week 3 matchup and it looks like David DeCastro (who’s not on the inactive list for the first time) will be getting his first start of the season. On the list this week are offensive lineman Derwin Gray, third string quarterback Joshua Dobbs, linebacker Ulysees Gilbert III, defensive lineman Carlos Davis and second-year tight end Zach Gentry. All of the Steelers scratches are game day decisions and not due to injury.

For the Texans, running back Duke Johnson is officially out of the game. The second-string back is nursing an ankle injury. Starter David Johnson will handle the bulk of the work with Buddy Howell as his backup. Practice squad running back C.J. Prosise was elevated to the 53-man active roster in Johnson’s place.
