Steelers Will Pick 20th in 2022 NFL Draft

With Sunday night’s playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, the Pittsburgh Steelers have clinched the 20th- overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

The Philadelphia Eagles, who fell to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, were the only playoff loser with a worse record than the Steelers. Therefore, they will pick 19th in April.

Pittsburgh has selected 20th just once before in franchise history, drafting Wisconsin defensive lineman Darryl Simms in 1985.

The Steelers initially had the 20th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, but traded up to the tenth spot to select linebacker Devin Bush.
