Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster Among NFL’s Top Social Media Earners

It is no question Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is one of the biggest stars in the NFL.

While his brand awareness has drawn criticism both in Pittsburgh and beyond, there is no denying Smith-Schuster has expertly marketed himself.

But how does Smith-Schuster’s brand stack up with some of the NFL’s other stars?

Pickswise released their rankings of the league’s top earners based on the activity and monetization of their Instagram profiles, and Smith-Schuster falls comfortably in the top ten.

Smith-Schuster is listed as the NFL’s ninth-ranked social media earner, raking in a reported $14,062.68 per post. He also owns an engagement rate of 4.55.

Not only is Smith-Schuster active on Instagram, but he is also a stalwart on Twitter, YouTube and Twitch as well. He owns endorsements deals with a number of brands, including Adidas and Pizza Hut.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. took the top spot in the rankings, apparently earning $58,699.49 per Instagram post.

Multiple other current and former Steelers made appearances on the rankings as well, including T.J. Watt, Antonio Brown, Joe Haden and James Conner.
