Pittsburgh Steelers fans saw what a key Jalen Hurts is for the Philadelphia Eagles in late October when the third-year signal-caller threw for a career-high four scores, and FanDuel Sportsbook has the bar set lower for the NFL MVP candidate as part of odds for Super Bowl LVII bets— placing his over/under passing touchdowns prop at 1.5 with the odds on both sides of the total listed at -114.

Steelers Now readers receive an exclusive no-sweat bet of up to $3,000 when they sign up with FanDuel and deposit at least $10. If their first wager doesn’t hit, the stake will be returned in bonus bets.

Hurts threw for two touchdowns against the NFC East rival New York Giants in the Eagles’ divisional round matchup. Last Sunday against San Francisco, each Philly score came on the ground — with Miles Sanders hitting pay dirt twice and Boston Scott and Hurts once each.

Throughout the course of 17 contests this go-round, Jalen Hurts passed for a touchdown or less in seven. Along with the stellar showing against the Steelers — in which he notched two aerial scores before the 10-minute mark in the second frame — he had at least that many in regular-season clashes with Washington (twice), Dallas, Houston, Green Bay, Tennessee, and the Giants.

The last time that the Eagles squared off with Kansas City, a defeat in October 2021, Hurts had a fantastic day. He completed 32 of 48 attempts for 387 yards and touchdown connections with Dallas Goedert and Greg Ward. The latter, however, came with only four ticks remaining and served its purpose in making the 42-30 final look prettier.

Of course, when you have money on the line, it doesn’t matter how it gets done. Two passing scores is two passing scores no matter which way you slice it.

Will history repeat itself and Hurts find a pass-catcher in the end zone at least twice? That’s up for you to decided when you bet with FanDuel Super Bowl bets.
