T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward Earn First-Team All-Pro Selections

Steelers Watt Heyward

Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt and defensive tackle Cam Heyward have been named First-Team All-Pro by the Associated Press.

It is the third selection overall for both. Watt has been named an All-Pro three-straight seasons. Heyward was previously selected in 2017 and 2019.

Watt was also one of five unanimous selections, joining Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp, Packers wide receiver Davante Adams and Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.

Not only did Watt lead the NFL in sacks for the second-straight year, but his 22.5 tied Michael Strahan for the most in a single season in league history.

Watt also recorded 64 combined tackles, a league-leading 21 tackles-for-loss and five forced fumbles.

As for Heyward, he was a dominant force in his own right despite a depleted defensive front alongside him.

Pittsburgh’s defensive captain totaled ten sacks, 15 tackles-for-loss and an interception in his eleventh season with the franchise.

Watt and Heyward spearheaded a Steelers defense that paced the NFL with 55 sacks.
