The Tennessee Titans can leave Pittsburgh with a playoff berth in tow this Sunday if they get some help on Saturday.

Most importantly, the Titans need to beat the Steelers on the Sunday, to move to 10-4 on the season.

But if Mike Vrabel’s squad wants to clinch the AFC South in Week 15, they also need the Indianapolis Colts to lose to the New England Patriots on Saturday. That game kicks off at 8:15 p.m. and will be broadcast on NFL Network.

The Steelers’ playoff hopes are significantly more complicated, but they should also be rooting for New England on Saturday night. According to 538.com, the Steelers currently have a 10% chance of making the NFL postseason. That figure would go up to 11% with a New England win, but fall to 9% with an Indianapolis win.

The Patriots can also clinch a playoff berth with a win and a variety of different scenarios from Sunday’s game. No NFL team has secured a playoff berth to this point.
