Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady will call the Steelers-Ravens game for FOX in Week 16. It will be the second consecutive week that Brady and Kevin Burkhardt call a Steelers game. It also will be the first time ever that the Steelers-Ravens rivalry airs on FOX.
The Steelers will clinch the AFC North title with a win over the Ravens on Saturday. If not, the Ravens will tie the Steelers for first place with two games remaining. The Steelers would hold the tiebreaker due to conference record, however.
The Steelers finish the season against the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day and at home against the Cincinnati Bengals in the regular season finale. The Ravens face the Houston Texans on the road and host the Cleveland Browns in their last two games.
Tom Brady believes the Steelers will learn from their lopsided 27-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
“If they go to Baltimore, which they are, they’re gonna have to play a clean game. Limit penalties, limit turnovers,” Brady said. “The thing they did last time they played Baltimore, they possessed the football, 36-minute time of possession. It’s gotta be a similar formula. I think they’re gonna learn from what happened Sunday and be much better next week.”
With a 35-14 road win over the lowly New York Giants on Sunday, the Ravens snuggled closer to the Steelers in the AFC North.
Lamar Jackson passed for 290 yards and five touchdowns, while Rashod Bateman had three grabs for 80 yards and two scores in the Ravens win. Big Blue starting signal-caller Tommy DeVito exited the game with a concussion in the first half and was replaced by Tim Boyle.
The Ravens are favored by 6 points in Saturday’s crucial AFC North showdown against the Steelers. It’s the largest point spread in this rivalry since December 2020, when the Steelers were favored by 10.5 points. That was the game where a COVID outbreak sidelined nine Ravens starters, including Jackson.
