Some say Ben Roethlisberger, others say Brad Raffensperger? Confused? That’s because former President Donald Trump’s lawyer Bruce Castor appears to be, as well.

He confused the Steelers quarterback with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger during the impeachment trial. While presenting Trump’s case on Friday, it sounds like Castor says “Georgia Secretary of State Ben Roethlisberger” when attempting to reference Raffensperger.

This error caught fire on social media with football fans and those following the trial joining forces to make light of Castor’s mistake.

Aside from having similar sounding names, these are two are obviously very different people. Maybe Castor has some inside informal on what Roethlisberger’s future plans are.
