LAS VEGAS – Steelers defensive end Cam Heyward showed his strength as part of the winning team in the Move the Chains event at the Pro Bowl Games.

The Steelers defensive lineman and his AFC teammates ripped weights from a bar and then literally pulled chains 30 yards past the line in a quicker time than the NFC. But that is nothing surprising given Heyward’s strength that he shows day in and day out for the Steelers.

This win by the AFC’s lineman increased the conference’s lead in the overall games format to 22-12. Heyward was instrumental in the victory and to helping the AFC increase that lead.

While in Vegas, Heyward also talked with Mike Asti about how he keeps being able to play at such a high level, how he views Pittsburgh’s 2022 season and how many more years he thinks he has left in the tank.

Cam Heyward received his sixth Pro Bowl selection this year as an alternate for Chris Jones, who went to the Super Bowl with the Chiefs. Meanwhile, Minkah Fitzpatrick is also in Las Vegas with Heyward as the two Steelers who are representing the team at the Pro Bowl this season. Alex Highsmith was named an alternate but not a Pro Bowler for the game.
