PHILADELPHIA — The Steelers got weird in Philadelphia. Chase Claypool and Derek Watt connected for a touchdown pass on a 4th and goal to allow Pittsburgh to tie the game at 7 in the first quarter at Lincoln Financial Field. To say the least, that is an unexpected outcome.

It is the first touchdown pass of Chase Claypool’s career. In addition, it is Watt’s first touchdown reception. To say the least, it is something that no one saw coming, but it worked for Matt Canada and the Steelers’ offense.
Pittsburgh is now tied with the Eagles 7-7 after the touchdown. If the Steelers are going to pull off a shocking upset over Philadelphia, more plays like the tricky pass will be needed on offense, but the defense will have to step up in a big way as well.
