The Steelers did not trade star wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster to the San Francisco 49ers for a first-round pick as had been rumored in the week leading up to the 2020 NFL Draft.
But with Smith-Schuster entering the final season of his rookie contract, and the Steelers’ salary cap situation not looking favorable for a long-term extension, might it be a good idea to pursue a trade for the Steelers’ top receiver, or should the team let the final season of his contract play out before making a decision?
