? NFL.com released its preview for the Steelers-Chargers game on Sunday. Eight of the 10 panelists have Pittsburgh beating the Chargers.

? Michael Vick told Kay Adams that Ben Roethlisberger is without a doubt a first-ballot Hall of Famer.

? Steelers.com: The Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles have collaborated for three years to grow girls flag football in Pennsylvania, and on Wednesday the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) voted to sanction it as a high school sport.

The PIAA Board of Directors meet on Wednesday in Mechanicsburg, Pa., where girls’ flag football was reviewed and approved on the third and final reading to be designated as a state sanctioned sport.

“We are excited to see such a groundbreaking moment for the future of girls’ flag football,” Steelers president Art Rooney II said. “It has been great working with the Eagles to accomplish a successful ruling that will now give young girls the chance to compete at a state level. We look forward to seeing how girls’ flag football continues to grow in Pennsylvania and worldwide.”

? Nose tackle Keeanu Benton displayed a violent swipe on a pass rush move in Sunday’s win over Denver.

? Dan Moore Jr. is one of nine offensive tackles who have allowed one pressure or less through two games (min. 50 pass block snaps), per Pro Football Focus. He also hasn’t allowed a single sack.

? Steelers linebacker Patrick Queen is looking forward to hearing Renegade for the first time as a Steeler.

“I’m ready to hear Renegade in the fourth quarter. That’s what I’ve been waiting on,” Queen said ahead of Sunday’s home opener. “I can’t wait to get in front of fans and play our hearts out, play as fast as we can. Give the fans the best game we can and get a win.”

? Thursday marks the 20-year anniversary of Ben Roethlisberger’s NFL debut. Roethlisberger replaced an injured Tommy Maddox in the third quarter against Baltimore and never looked back.
