News and notes from around the Pittsburgh Steelers and the National Football League.

The Pittsburgh Steelers got the 2021 NFL season started on Thursday night with a 13-6 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, but that’s just the start of the 2021 season and it’s also just the start of the Hall of Fame weekend.

Five players or coaches with Steelers ties will be enshrined this weekend, and Steelers Now reporter Mike Asti and photographer Ed Thompson will be on the scene for all the action.

That continues on Friday, with all Hall of Fame fashion show at noon and the enshrinees receiving their gold jackets in a ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
