tThe first name to get an interview for the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator position was an unexpected one, as it was reported on Monday that the Steelers had asked for permission to interview Los Angeles Rams quarterbacks coach and pass game coordinator Zac Robinson.

Robinson is a 37-year-old rising star in the Sean McVay coaching tree, but he doesn’t fit the way that Mike Tomlin and the Steelers have usually done business. Robinson has been a quarterbacks coach for two years and has only been in the entire NFL as a coach for five seasons, which would make him the youngest and least-experienced coach Tomlin ever hired as coordinator.

What does that mean for the rest of the candidates on our big board?

Alan Saunders joined Chris Carter on the Locked On Podcast to discuss that, as well as the stars and skulls grades from the entire 2023 season at the positions of running back and tight end. They broke down the seasons of Pat Freiermuth, Connor Heyward, Darnell Washington, Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren.
