🏈 The Baltimore Ravens tied their season low with 10 points in Sunday’s AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. All-Pro quarterback Lamar Jackson has led the Ravens to their lowest scoring output of the season in all four of his playoff appearances, according to Scott Kascmar. The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Ravens with the score of 17-10 twice this season.

🏈 The San Francisco 49ers improved their all-time playoff win total to 38 with Sunday’s NFC Championship win over the Detroit Lions. The New England Patriots and Steelers are behind San Francisco with 36 playoff wins each.

🏈 According to NFL senior researcher Tony Holzman-Escareno, this will be the fourth Super Bowl rematch among head coaches of all-time: Chuck Noll-Tom Landry, Jimmy Johnson-Marv Levy, Tom Coughlin-Bill Belichick and Andy Reid-Kyle Shanahan. In each of the previous three instances, the coach to win the first one also won the second one.

🏈 Patrick Mahomes surpassed Ben Roethlisberger on the all-time playoff wins list. Mahomes is now tied with Terry Bradshaw and John Elway with 14 wins, which is third-most, behind Joe Montana’s 16 and Tom Brady’s 35.

🏈 The Chiefs will stay at Westin Lake Las Vegas, while the San Francisco 49ers will be located at Hilton Lake Las Vegas during Super Bowl week. The NFL reportedly wants the teams to stay away from The Strip. Lake Las Vegas is 25 miles off The Strip.

📅 On this day 50 years ago, the Steelers had the greatest draft haul in NFL history and professional sports. The Steelers drafted four future Hall of Famers in Lynn Swann, Jack Lambert, John Stallworth and Mike Webster. Months later they signed Donnie Shell as an undrafted free agent. Shell went on to have a Hall of Fame career, as well.

🎥 The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s official X account honored Steelers legend Joe Greene on Sunday. Greene is considered universally as the greatest Steeler of all-time. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1987.
