UNITY TWP., Pa — The Steelers were dealt three injuries on Saturday during a rainy practice, however, Mike Tomlin is not too concerned about most of the ailments that the players suffered. It is mostly just bumps and bruises that guys will fight through or sit out a few days with for now.

Tomlin revealed that Steelers safety Damontae Kazee suffered an ankle injury. That injury is not believed to be serious, and Tomlin expects Kazee to be out only a day or two with what he described as a minor injury. Still, the team is down Minakh Fitzpatrick as well, so it’s possible they could sign a safety.

Meanwhile, DeMarvin Leal was carted off the field shortly following seven shots. After that, he did not return to practice while being evaluated. He had trouble breathing after leaving yesterday with heat-related ailments. Tomlin does not believe that the breathing issues are serious but the team will remain cautious with the situation.

Lastly, rookie running back Alfonzo Graham was injured on the last play of the 7-on-7 period with a shoulder injury after falling directly on it. He did not return to practice and Darius Hagans picked up more work in his absence.
