Ravens Sign DT Isaiah Mack to Practice Squad, Two Days after Release by Steelers

The Baltimore Ravens have signed defensive tackle Isaiah Mack to their practice squad, just days after he was released by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mack was released by the Steelers on Tuesday to make room for quarterback James Morgan on their practice squad.
The Steelers originally signed Mack on Oct. 12 as the team was dealing with injuries to nose tackles Tyson Alualu and Carlos Davis. He was made expendable by the Steelers signing Khalil Davis on Nov. 2.

First signed as an undrafted free agent by the Tennessee Titans in 2019, Mack has also spent time with the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos. He has played in 21 career games, recording eleven total tackles, 1.5 sacks and a tackle-for-loss.

Mack played collegiately at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he was named the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2018. Mack posted 78 tackles, eleven tackles-for-loss and 8.5 sacks.
