Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news.

The Pittsburgh Steelers went into Allegiant Stadium and secured a victory on Sunday Night Football as they spoiled the home opener for the Las Vegas Raiders. Levi Wallace secured two interceptions while Patrick Peterson picked off Jimmy Garoppolo once. TJ Watt added two more sacks to his franchise leading mark as the defense did what they had to do against Davante Adams, Jakobi Myers, Josh Jacobs and company. On the offensive side of things, Kenny Pickett had his best game of the short season throwing touchdowns to Calvin Austin III and Pat Freiermuth as Matt Canada had maybe his best gameplan in place to date. Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren still didn’t find much success on the ground as they search for answers up front. The team will travel to Houston to take on the Texans next Sunday looking to improve to 3-1. How are you feeling about where the team stands right now? Let’s jump in and take another ride on the Steelers Afternoon Drive!
