Steelers Afternoon Drive: So Much For Big Changes

Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news.

Alan Saunders and Zachary Smith are back to discuss the latest surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers. Following their embarrassing loss to the Houston Texans, Mike Tomlin said there would be changes. On Tuesday, he spoke to the media for his weekly availability and laid out what those changes would be. We can anticipate seeing the team wear pads for practice on Wednesday and some personnel changes to get players into the right spots. Could more Joey Porter Jr. and Keeanu Benton be in the near future? What we won’t see is any change in the status of offensive coordinator Matt Canada. Kenny Pickett, Dan Moore Jr., Pat Freiermuth and DeMarvin Leal all exited this game and Tomlin updated us on the status of those injuries as the team gets set for the Baltimore Ravens come to town.
