Steelers Daily: Camp Gets Physical, Rudolph Stays Consistent
Monday’s Pittsburgh Steelers training camp practice was the most physically challenging one to date, Mason Rudolph continues to be a consistent presence in the quarterback battle and there’s a new face at outside linebacker.

Mason Rudolph hasn’t thrown an interception yet this training camp, and his consistency is what’s keeping him in the thick of the Steelers quarterback competition.
Steelers Injury Updates: OLB Alex Highsmith and WR Dionte Johnson both left Monday’s session with injuries, but Tyson Alualu returned and Chase Claypool was a full participant. OLB T.D. Moultry was waived with an injury designation.
The Steelers signed free agent OLB Ron’Dell Carter to replace Moultry. Carter has played for the Cowboys and Texans.
ILB Ulysees Gilbert III will miss “a few weeks” with a right ankle injury. The young linebacker has been bothered by injuries throughout his career, and this one interrupted another strong camp.
According to Mark Belko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers and the Sports & Exhibition Authority are in a heated $3 million dispute over who’s responsible for paying for the upgrades to the main scoreboard at Acrisure Stadium.

The Ravens also announced on Monday that they’ve activated running back J.K. Dobbins off the physically unable to perform list. Dobbins suffered a torn ACL in the preseason last year. In his rookie campaign, Dobbins rushed for 805 yards on 134 carries (6.0 average) and nine touchdowns. He also recorded 18 receptions for 120 yards (6.7 average) and four touchdowns.

Cincinnati Bengals revealed on Monday that they’ll wear their white helmets in Week 11 against the Steelers on “Sunday Night Football” in Pittsburgh. In May, Art Rooney II hinted that the Steelers will wear their 1970s throwback jerseys against the Bengals in Week 11.
