How does the video board at Acrisure Stadium stack up against there competition, and the Pittsburgh Steelers might be dealing with Ezekiel Elliott as a division opponent.
? Daktonics: Acrisure Stadium has the sixth-smallest video board in the NFL. FedEx Field, the home of the Washington Commanders, has the smallest video board in the league, while the Atlanta Falcons’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium has the biggest. PNC Park got a new video board this past offseason.
Cool graphic of the size of NFL stadium video boards.
Having been to the 3 stadiums on the bottom, this definitely checks out

? Former Steelers punter Corliss Waitman wasn’t available for very long. After being released by the Denver Broncos, he signed with the New England Patriots on Thursday.
? Tom Pelissero: The NFL Management Council sent out a memo to warn all 32 clubs not to negotiate with a man named Ken Francis about Lamar Jackson. “Violation of this rule may result in disapproval of any Offer Sheet or resulting. Player Contract entered into by Mr. Jackson and the new Club.” Francis is a Florida man who most recently was pitching a home fitness invention. He now is trying to negotiate a nine-figure contract with NFL teams, who are being told they’re not allowed to negotiate with him because he’s not a certified agent. Jackson denied that Francis ever negotiated on his behalf.
? Footbahlin podcast: Ben Roethlisberger feels like Lamar Jackson might be making a mistake by not having an agent represent him. “I know it hurts him not having an agent. I’m not sure why he doesn’t have one, he just doesn’t want one,” Roethlisberger said. “In the NFL, you can pay agents between one and three percent, so he could pay an agent one percent of his 200 and some million dollar contract and would be fine. Here’s another interesting point. He and Josh Allen are the same class. I think Josh signed a new deal like two years ago and has already made 40 some million dollars, while Lamar’s still in this. That’s 40 some million that Lamar never made back. I understand he’s waiting for this big deal, but he also could have kept doing two-year deals like two for 50, two for 100, instead, he’s still on these deals where he’s making franchise tag money at 20 something or whatever. It just feels like he’s been missing out on bigger money.”
? Adam Schefter: Former Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has narrowed down his options about where to play to the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets and Cincinnati Bengals, and he would like to make his decision about where to sign by the end of next week.
? Former Steelers assistant coach Tom Moore will be honored as a recipient of the Pro Football Hall of Fame “Awards of Excellence” for 2023. Moore is one of 17 individuals who will be recognized in Canton on June 28-29. Moore joined the Steelers in 1977 as the team’s wide receivers coach and was a part of the Super Bowl XIII and XVI coaching staffs, guiding players like Hall of Famer Lynn Swann and John Stallworth. He served in that role until 1982 and then was the team’s offensive coordinator from 1983-89. Moore went on to work with eight different NFL teams. At 84, Moore is currently an offensive consultant with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
? Ben Roethlisberger surprised Micah Tyler at his concert in Youngstown, Ohio on Thursday. Roethlisberger has developed a close friendship with Tyler over the years.
I always try to make time for fans… especially when they drive all the way from Pittsburgh to get my new album on the night it releases 😂 Such a fun surprise to see my bud @_BigBen7 at the show in Ohio tonight! pic.twitter.com/RJtwXZlC2l
