Steelers Daily: More Madden Rating Drama, Top FA Signing?
The Steelers players continue to get underrated by their Madden 23 ratings, and we turned the SN Debate toward the team’s offseason additions.
Minkah Fitzpatrick is the highest-paid safety in the NFL, and has been an All-Pro pick twice in the last three seasons, but according to the folks at EA Sports, he’s not even in the Top 10. Fitzpatrick was given an 89 overall rating, 11th-best among NFL safeties and the same rating he had a year ago.
Najee Harris was rated as an 85 overall, a big jump from his rookie rating, but still outside the top 10 at his position, despite Harris finishing in the top five in rushing yards in 2021.
SN Debate: Which Steelers free agent signing — other than quarterback Mitch Trubisky — will be the most impactful? Cale Berger thinks it’s defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi, while Chris Carter went with the other side of the line in guard James Daniels.
