🏈 Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields reportedly will wear No. 5, but he posted a cryptic message on his Instagram Story that has people speculating that he’ll wear No. 2. An official announcement for Fields’ jersey number should be be revealed by the team soon.

Mason Rudolph was the last Steelers player to wear No. 2. Dennis Dixon, Todd Peterson, Brian St. Pierre and Michael Vick are some other notable Steelers players that have donned the number.

🏈 Steel City Star shared a throwback clip of a Steelers-Cowboys legends flag football rematch. Retired players from 1970s play an injury-plagued game at Three Rivers in 1988. Franco Harris suffered a broken nose, Frenchy Fuqua broke his ankle, and Andy Russell tore a tendon. The Cowboys finally win one.

🏈 Bob Labriola of Steelers.com said in his Q&A chat that Justin Fields didn’t have an introductory press conference because he was on a youth football camp tour that took him overseas.

Fields recently worked with a 15-year-old quarterback from France named Natan Perrier.

🎥 Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner thinks the Russell Wilson to at least be efficient in Pittsburgh.
