🏈 Kenny Pickett’s 89.0 Pro Football Focus grade was the third-highest among quarterbacks in Week 12. On third down against the Cincinnati Bengals, Pickett completed 10 of 14 passes for 165 yards, had two big-time throws and a 110.7 passer rating. He also had two completions that traveled over 20 yards in the air. He had just two 20+ air yard completions in the first 10 games.

With Sunday’s win over the Bengals, Mike Tomlin became the 16th head coach in NFL history to reach 170 career wins. He reached the feat in 269 games coached, which is the fifth-fewest games coached in league history to reach 170 wins.

🏈 Former Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan ripped Diontae Johnson for his effort on Jaylen Warren’s fumble in the Bengals game.

“That’s gross…your ego is just in the way,” Lewan said on Up & Adams. “You can’t teach heart, you got to have it. He’s a talented individual, he’s a talented football player. But that’s the kind of stuff that gets you beat, and luckily it didn’t. … That would have been a gross play if (Warren) fumbled and it’s a 3-yard (return) and it’s over. But he fumbles, and he watches the turnover and (does) this BS fat guy trot as guys are running. It’s bad ball, and I hate that. It literally makes my skin crawl seeing that.”

🏈 Steelers.com: Several Steelers players will wear custom cleats for charity during Sunday’s came against the Arizona Cardinals. It’s initiative that will take place across the league in Week 13. For the eighth straight year the NFL is allowing players to represent a charity that touches them deeply in a unique manner with the league’s player cause initiative, My Cause My Cleats. The initiative was created for NFL players to showcase a charitable cause in order to bring attention to it, and the players take part in helping with the design of their cleats.

🏈 DLineVids on X broke down T.J. Watt’s strip/sack against the Bengals. Watt currently leads the league in sacks with 13.5.

🏈 NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger gave high praise to the Steelers rookies for their performance in Sunday’s win over Cincinnati. Broderick Jones, Joey Porter Jr., Keeanu Benton, Darnell Washington and Nick Herbig all had impressive games.

Pat McAfee thinks the Steelers’ offense looked a lot more loose and energized with Matt Canada gone.  The Steelers eclipsed 400 yards for the first time in 58 regular-season games in Sunday’s 16-10 win over the Bengals. That goes the entire tenure of Canada’s stay as offensive coordinator, a whopping 45 games (including playoffs).

“You’re Matt Canada sitting at home wishing for their failure and then you see that 400-yard thing happen. You think he looked in the mirror and said yeah maybe I do suck?” McAfee said.

Despite only scoring 16 points, Kyle Brandt of the NFL Network thinks the Steelers had the most impressive AFC win in Week 12.
