The Pittsburgh Steelers need to hope for help to make it to the 2023 NFL playoffs, even after beating the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday to finish 10-7.

The Steelers need either the Jacksonville Jaguars to lose or tie against the Tennessee Titans, or the Buffalo Bills to lose to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday in order to make it to the postseason.

If the Steelers do get to the playoffs, it will be as the No. 6 or 7 seed in the AFC as a wild card. But where will they head in the first weekend of the postseason?

They still have three options on the table. The Steelers can play at the Dolphins, at Buffalo Bills or at the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card round, depending on how things play out this Sunday.

If the Bills win and the Jaguars lose or tie, the Steelers will be the No. 7 seed and head to Orchard Park, New York to face the Bills in the first round.

If the Bills lose and the Jaguars win, the Steelers will be the No. 7 seed and take flight to Miami for their first playoff game.

If both the Bills and Jaguars lose, the Steelers will be the No. 6 seed, and the prize for finishing one spot higher is a trip to Kansas City, Missouri to face Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.

In any case, should the Steelers happen to win that first game, the overwhelmingly most likely option for them in the second round will be to return to Baltimore to face the Ravens a third time this season.
