Will second-year quarterback Kenny Pickett have a bigger role in the Pittsburgh Steelers offense in 2023, and if so, how much?

That’s one of the major questions surrounding the team entering the 2023 season, and Pickett isn’t the only player on the team in line for a larger role than last season. Players like Najee Harris, George Pickens, Calvin Austin III, Pat Freiermuth, Damontae Kazee, DeMarvin Leal, T.J. Watt and Mark Robinson should all expect more playing time and a larger and diverse roles than they had a year ago.

So how will all of that shake out? Alan Saunders of Steelers Now joined Chris Carter of the Locked On Steelers podcast to discuss that and more about how expanded roles for those players can give coordinators Matt Canada and Teryl Austin more options for their teams in 2023.
