With the end of the 2022 regular season on Sunday, the Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 schedule of opponents have been finalized. The Steelers will face all four teams from the NFC West and the AFC South in 2023, along with one team each from the AFC East, AFC West and NFC North, in addition to their usual six divisional games.

In the NFC West, the Steelers will visit the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks, while the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals will come to Acrisure Stadium. From the AFC South, the Steelers will travel to Indianapolis to play the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium and NRG Stadium in Houston to visit the Texans. the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans will both come to Pittsburgh.

As the third-place team in the at 9-8 in AFC North in 2022, the Steelers will play three games against other third-place teams in 2023. They will visit the Las Vegas Raiders and host the New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers.

The Packers are the extra NFC opponent due to the NFL adopting a 17-game schedule in 2021. The Steelers will have nine home games instead of eight in 2023, which rotates every year. However, it is possible that the Steelers could give up a home game to play an international game in 2023. The Steelers will have only one home preseason game instead of two.

The Steelers will play four playoff teams from this year in 2023 (Bengals, Ravens, Jaguars and 49ers). Their 2023 opponents had a combined record of 105-130-2 in 2022.

Unlike this past season, the Steelers will travel quite a bit in 2023, playing three times on the West Coast. Miami was the furthest travel designation in 2022. The Steelers will play at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the first time, along with making their second appearance at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. It will be their first game against the Rams in Los Angeles since 1993. They played the Chargers at SoFi 2021. The Steelers will also make a trip out to Seattle for the first time since 2015. That is also the last time the Cardinals and 49ers came to Pittsburgh.

The NFL releases the full schedule with dates and times in May.
