All 90 is a Pittsburgh Steelers Now series profiling each of the 90 members of the Steelers 2021 offseason roster.

62 • Brandon Walton, first-year offensive tackle
6-foot-5, 300 pounds

Acquired: Signed to the Steelers’ practice squad just after the start of the 2020 season. Re-signed with the team on Jan. 14 for the 2021 season.

Last season: Walton signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent out of FAU. He was cut by the Bills on Sept. 4 and signed with the practice squad, but was released from the Buffalo practice squad and caught on with the Steelers on Sept. 19. He was not elevated from the practice squad for any games.

College: Walton played in 44 games over four seasons at FAU, winning two Conference USA titles with the Owls while playing both left and right tackle. He was a 2019 All-Conference USA selection.

Camp outlook: Walton is in a deep battle for some of the team’s practice squad offensive line spots that got deeper with the early camp addition of veteran Chaz Green at tackle.

Future: Walton will be an exclusive rights free agent after the season.
