WPXI Final Word: Are the Steelers and Kenny Pickett for Real?

The Pittsburgh Steelers season is finally less than two weeks away. After a hot summer training camp in Latrobe and an exceptional preseason by Kenny Pickett with a perfect passer rating, hopes are rising around the Steelers.

With host Chris Carter of the Post-Gazette and multiple Steelers podcasts, and 93-7 the Fan morning show host Adam Crowley, our Dan Kingerski kept pace in the wild 30-minute show. Dan also included the first dig on WVU, allowing Carter to finish off poor Crowley’s alma mater.

Crowley thinks George Pickens will be a top-five WR this season, joining the elite ranks of Tyreek Hill and Justin Jefferson. Those are big expectations and big projections. Can Pickens reach 1500 yards and 12 TDs? Can he do that with the same offensive structure we saw last season?
